Caramel Toffee Crunch Cheesecake




I have made this cheesecake about 5 times now, and it is always delicious. I bring it to the work Christmas knosh every year (because I'm a show-off!) and it is seriously the best dessert there. Pus the recipe is pretty straight forward for a cheesecake, and if hypothetically, you did a water bath while it baked and the water somehow got through the foil and seeped into the crust a bit as it baked, this baby survives! Twice now! Hypothetically, of course, because I would never make such a mistake, especially two times! It really is unbelievably good. I serve it with hot caramel sauce, because I'm evil like that!
